Quantum Business Park
100% SOLD. Industrial units - Toowoomba
Completed in February 2007 Quantum Business Park was designed and finished to set a new standard for quality business accommodation in Toowoomba, providing end users not only with office and warehouse accommodation but a notable corporate address.
Built on an 8000 sqm site Quantum Business Park comprised 13 industrial units including an on-site cafe Tenancies ranged from 272sqm up to 515sqm and provided a diverse array of accommodation options for tenants and owner occupiers who were seeking office warehousing and storage solutions. Quantum Business Park offered the following features:

As part of the 2007 Master Builders construction awards the complex won the Retail Facilities $2million -$10million category for the Downs and Western area.
